HOW LONG IS A SESSION?

Our float only sessions last 1 hour and you go directly to your cocoon.

On the other hand, the creators' experiences (solo, couple or duo) last 1h30 to live the complete Sea of Clouds experience which takes you into the 3 spaces (Earth, Sky, Clouds).

Of course, you are welcome before or after your session to enjoy our chill zone throughout the day of your session if you wish!

WHAT SHOULD I PROVIDE?

Flotation is practiced naked in the cocoon to avoid any unpleasant sensation. You are alone in your cocoon, itself being in a fully private bathroom. However if you are more comfortable with your swimsuit, you are free to bring it!

We provide everything you need for your flotation experience (towels, shampoo, shower gel, ear plug, neck pillow, ..). In short, come as you are! Our hairdressing area allows you to make up, dry your hair ...

HOW TO PREPARE?

We invite you not to shave / wax the day before or the day of the session (the salt can create tingling).

In case of wounds or wounds, we have petroleum jelly which covers them to protect them.

Obviously, avoid drinking coffee or tea before floating (their exciting powers can make the process of relaxation and relaxation more complex). Favor a light meal for easy digestion and to avoid any form of drowsiness.

I AM AFRAID OF SINKING IF I SLEEP IN THE COCOON!

This is a question we are often asked and, once we have floated, we can almost laugh about it. Indeed, the basin has only 25cm of water which corresponds to a paddling pool. However, this is quite sufficient.

Take the time to breathe and to settle down, we promise you will be carried by the epsom salt that carries you. A bit like the Dead Sea or feeling weightless but more relaxed and without going to the other side of the world!

WHAT ARE THE HYGIENE CONDITIONS OF FLOATING BASINS?

The flotation tanks are fully filtered after each session (17-minute filtering session). Water loaded with epsom salt is a hostile environment for bacteria. However, our cocoons are equipped with a UV disinfection system checked daily. There is also a filter which alternates between 50 or 30 microns according to a protocol developed by the manufacturer for many years.

We respect the safety standards in force and go even further than our competitors since we have chosen to be subject to the same rules and tests as swimming pools (much more stringent): the water in the pools contains oxygen. active dosed and is checked daily.

On the contrary, magnesium salt is very good for the skin and has been used for several centuries to treat skin problems. Since we use a UV filtration system, our pond does not contain chlorine.

I AM ALLERGIC TO ESSENTIAL OILS

CAN WE FLOAT AT 2?

Yes… but not everywhere and not just any old way. Following a lot of requests and especially after some tests, we also offer couple flotation. To float with "two", two formulas exist:


-the couple session, two in the same pool, it's a good way to test this unique experience together. The experience is pleasant but obviously you will not achieve the same degree of disconnection and your experience will depend on that of your partner. In general, we recommend this experience if one of the two partners is particularly stressed at the idea of ​​floating alone, to support people with disabilities or to live a special experience for two and more particularly for future parents (see pregnancy question) )


- the duo session, you experience the sky space together and then float at the same time, but each in their own cocoon. This is the opportunity to live the optimal and complete experience. You live the experience together, but each will be able to live their experience without being influenced (some say "disturbed") by the experience and movements of the other.

I AM CLAUSTROPHOBIC!…

Our basins are more spacious than the average of the floatation center basins. Moreover, this choice makes them less photogenic ... We have privileged your comfort instead of beautiful rounded and smooth basins ... Moreover, it is possible to float the door or the roof (between) open. Unlike many other basins, our locking system does not "fall" on you and therefore limit the anxiety of having a heavy door above you. Indeed, the door of our pool is a side door, light and above all easy to open!

I SUFFER FROM EPILEPSY!…

I AM PREGNANT, CAN I FLOAT?

Yes, there is no particular contraindication. On the contrary, flotation can be beneficial for pregnant women! There are also studies attesting to its benefits. However, as we do not know the specifics of your pregnancy, we advise you to seek the advice of your doctor. If he has any questions, we will be happy to answer them.

Our hygiene measures are rigorous. Unlike a swimming pool, the pool is fully filtered after each session.

I WEAR CONTACT LENSES, SHOULD I REMOVE THEM?

We always recommend removing them, but some people float with them without any problem.

I CAN'T SWIM, CAN I COME TO FLOAT?

No need to know how to swim! To float, nothing special, on the other hand to float well and enjoy the experience, you have to be prepared (that's good, we're here).

There is 25 cm of water in the cocoon (which is the equivalent of a baby paddling pool). It is impossible to be completely submerged. In addition, the water being saturated with salt, the body floats effortlessly.
